We are passionate about showcasing our special region: nearly all of our food and drink is sourced from Southwest France and the Basque Country and prepared by leading chefs. THE HOUSE
Completed in 2023, old stone and wood dominate the design and decor of the Maison, fully embracing the rustic setting of our converted farmhouse. The house is warm and comfortable, with a homey feeling which reflects our American heritage and love of French design. Pairing the comforts typically found in a boutique hotel with total privacy, the Maison also offers a heated pool along with al fresco dining areas to enhance your stay.
